About This Site

Introduction

As I go around the neighborhood on my evening stroll, I have to keep pulling down the bill on my hat to avoid being blinded by unshielded lights, going off the pavement and tripping in the rough. When I sit out on the deck at night, I have to drape a canvas over the railing to block noxious glare from a powerful yard light several hundred feet away.
